The hotel is in a perfect location, right in front of the train station making it very easy to go to other cities, and is also right next to the center. The staff was extremely friendly and always greeted us as we walked in and right before we left, the rooms are spacious and always thoroughly cleaned the bedsheets and linens are also changed daily. Some items are not placed inside the rooms however if you ask for it they will provide you with it right away. I initially booked a shorter stay at this hotel and was looking at other hotels to see which is the best in Maastricht and I ended up extending my stay here because it honestly is the best hotel in Maastricht and I highly recommend staying here when you visit. I will definitely book this hotel again if I come back to Maastricht

I really liked this hotel! It’s directly across from the train station so you don’t have to lug your stuff far. My room was also quite large and was super clean and comfortable. The hallways are a bit run down, but the room was great! And the location is convenient to downtown. It was about a 15 minute walk to the other side of the river, but the hotel-side of the river has many great restaurants and shops, so there are lots of places to eat. The bar and restaurant in the old part of the hotel are worth a visit - I had a drink there - because they harken back to the hotel’s glory days. Altogether, I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was o good!

Went back each day, on one occasion we were told to check with the restaurant , who told us they were too busy. Subsequent visits to the reception desk still had no confirmation. another staff member was looking into it and asked us to come back after the Andre Rieu dinner, we did but she wasn't there and other staff did not know. When checking out there was a charge for the tea on our bill, we had no idea that it had finally been booked as no one had left a message for us.

We enjoyed spa bath for the first time in individual hotel room which was excellent experience. The lady at the reception was very nice and changed our 2 rooms to make near to each other. Our family all of us really liked here so much and would love to repeat. One of the best and cost-value hotels.

The room was clean comfortable and a good size with balcony Breakfast a good selection from all over the world. Location was Excellent could not fault the Location at all.
